All parts on this site are intended for “off-highway” applications only.  This site primarily pertains to engine and/or vehicles off public roads.  Because of federal laws in which prohibits the removal or modification of any part of the federally required emission control systems on a car or truck, many states additionally have laws with various penalties to prevent the removal, tampering or modification of any required emission or noise-control system.

If a return is necessary you MUST FIRST RECEIVE A RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) before you can return your merchandise.  Items sent without an RGA will be sent back at your expense.  Merchandise returned will be inspected and if found defective full credit will be issued.  A 20% restocking charge will be assessed on all items found not defective.  All boxes or merchandise that appears damaged should be inspected prior to being accepted by the merchant.  All damage claims should be made with the carrier.
